Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in Washington is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
