Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism. Part-time positions are available initially, with opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads increase.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Record client progress data using PBS tools.
