Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism using ABA methods in-home, school, and community settings.

The roles offer part-time hours with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, a pathway to RBT certification, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff. Travel locally may be required where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
