Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand, offering training to become an RBT and the potential for advancement to SA roles for BCBA pathways. We provide mentoring, a supportive environment, and comprehensive benefits for those meeting state licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ABA therapy approaches is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Willingness to enroll in training to become an RBT or other credentials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
