Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Assistant to work part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The role involves working 1:1 with children with autism and implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally is necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients actively during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
