Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work 1:1 with children with autism. The position is part-time with opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor's in Psychology or related field (a plus)
