Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies. This part-time position offers the chance to grow into full-time as caseloads increase.

The role includes implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision, data collection for client progress, and regular communication with families. We prioritize work-life balance and offer competitive pay, as well as comprehensive benefits for those working over 30 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field is advantageous.
• Experience in ABA therapy, education, or childcare is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients physically.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
