Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work in the local community. These part-time positions offer a pathway to full-time roles as caseloads grow. Responsibilities include working closely with children using ABA strategies and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a degree in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are required.
• Experience with children is preferred, especially in ABA therapy or education.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress using PBS tools.
