Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Kansas. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary training to become an RBT and a clear career pathway.

Roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision; data collection and progress tracking; and regular communication with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
