Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in California is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads grow. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, delivering ABA-based interventions.

The role offers paid RBT training, flexible scheduling, holiday pay, travel reimbursement, and a clear growth path from Behavior Assistant to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy/childcare experience a plus.
• Engage with clients, families and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
