Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Join a supportive, growth-focused team and access complimentary RBT training.

Roles involve 1:1 work with children using ABA under BCBA supervision, with opportunities for career advancement to an RBT and participation in a 40-hour RBT training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus
• Ability to engage with clients and families in sessions and during supervision

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
