Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism using applied behavior analysis. Roles start part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Benefits include flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, training to become an RBT, mileage reimbursement and health coverage for 30+ hours per week. Travel locally may be required and LIC/credentialing preparations are supported.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Local travel may be required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
