Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Natick, MA is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Roles are part-time with a clear path to full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentorship and advancement opportunities.

Training to become an RBT is provided, with extra opportunities including student analyst paths for those pursuing BCBA goals. Position involves 1:1 work with children with autism using ABA, data collection, and collaboration with families

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
