Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings.

Roles offer part-time schedules with growth into full-time as caseloads expand. PBS provides complimentary RBT training, supervision, and opportunities to advance to an RBT role, plus comprehensive benefits for 30+ hour workers where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related child-care/education settings is advantageous.
• Ability to engage clients, stay on floor, and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
