Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Massachusetts is hiring for entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Part-time roles with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions, assist with lifting up to 50 lbs, and move between sitting and standing.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed/trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
