Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism and families.

Roles are part-time with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training offered. Benefits include flexible scheduling, annual raises, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a pathway to advance from BA to RBT under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; B.A./B.S. in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
