Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in our Alabama locations. Roles are part-time with potential to move to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a BA/BS in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
