Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBTs in Alabama to join a compassionate ABA team serving children with autism.

Roles include 1:1 sessions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision, with training to progress toward RBT certification. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
