Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles in Alabama. Positions are part-time with growth opportunities as caseloads expand. The company offers a structured path from BA to RBT, complimentary RBT training, and benefits for eligible staff.

You will work 1:1 with children using ABA techniques under supervision, collect progress data, and coordinate with families and clinical teams to support outcomes. Training and advancement are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare or related field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress with PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
