Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Alabama is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. The positions offer flexible scheduling and room to grow as caseloads expand.

As a BA or RBT, you will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, participate in training to become an RBT, and access a clear career growth pathway. Local travel may be required and compensation includes a quarterly bonus and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
