Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in North Carolina is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Behavior Assistants or experienced RBTs.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA methods under supervision, with part-time roles that can grow into full-time as caseloads expand. We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for those averaging 25 hours per week, paid holidays, RBT training, and a clear career growth path from Behavior Assistant

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit/stand with clients and assist while supervising transitions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
