Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in North Carolina is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential. You will work 1:1 with children and progress through an RBT pathway via complimentary training.

Roles offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, travel locally as needed, and competitive compensation with annual raises. A supportive team environment focuses on professional development and family-centered services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally to support clients.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and maintain safety.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and transition clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure progress.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and trainings.
