Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, and collect data to monitor progress.

Roles offer growth opportunities toward RBT certification, supportive training, and travel reimbursement where applicable. A flexible schedule and benefits for those working 30+ hours weekly are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active engagement with clients during sessions; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
