Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in North Carolina seeks entry level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles to support children with autism through ABA strategies.

Work 1:1 under a BCBA, with training to become RBT, and opportunities to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with raises, annual bonus opportunities, paid travel reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits for 30+ hour/week staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
