Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, delivering ABA-based plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
