Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in North Carolina is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and RBTs to provide ABA-based support to children with autism. This role offers flexible scheduling and potential growth from part-time to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology or education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience with children with autism or ABA-inspired approaches is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Assist implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
