Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in North Carolina. Part-time roles with potential to move to full-time as caseloads grow.

We offer complimentary 40-hour RBT training, a clear growth path to became an RBT, and competitive pay with annual raises and a quarterly bonus. Flexible scheduling and travel reimbursement are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with clients during sessions.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
