Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand.

Roles include training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and opportunities to advance to BCBA-tracked paths. PBS offers flexible scheduling, training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and benefits for those working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
