Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks Entry Level Behavior Assistant or Registered Behavior Technician roles. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing tailored plans and collecting progress data to support families and schools.

The organization offers mentorship, paid RBT training, flexible scheduling, and a clear growth pathway toward becoming an RBT, with opportunities for local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education is a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
