Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Alabama. Roles are part-time with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients and manage sessions with supervision from BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
