Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Alabama. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with a supportive environment and opportunities to enroll in complimentary training to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to sit on the floor and assist clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
