Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in local settings. Roles offer flexible part-time hours with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus access to complimentary RBT training and professional development.

You will work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, implement plans, collect data, and communicate with families to ensure progress across home and school environments.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Behavior Assistant and RBT track with BCBA supervision.
• Ability to learn and apply ABA strategies in sessions with children with autism.
• Willingness to pursue RBT credential through PBS training program.
• Local travel as needed to client sites within a reasonable radius.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
