Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry‑level Behavior Assistants (BA) and skilled RBTs. Roles offer part‑time hours with growth to full‑time as caseloads expand, plus a complimentary 40‑hour RBT training track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
