Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and aspiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Roles offer flexible scheduling and a path to full‑time as caseloads grow.

We provide complimentary RBT training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance from Behavior Assistant to RBT, with a supportive environment for career growth in ABA therapy for children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience or interest in ABA therapy or work with children with autism encouraged.
• Ability to engage clients, transport and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
