Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Texas is hiring for entry level Behavior Assistant and registered behavior technician (RBT) roles.

These part‑time positions offer opportunities to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand, with access to paid training and supervision. As a BA/RBT you will work one‑to‑one with children, implement ABA strategies under a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required or preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to actively engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
