Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles.

Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with training to become an RBT and opportunities in Student Analyst roles for future BCBA ambitions. Roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism using ABA under supervision, data collection, family communication, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
