Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
