Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Massachusetts is seeking entry level Behavioral Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential to grow as caseloads expand. You can enroll in complimentary 40 Hour RBT Training and pursue a BCBA path.

Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered to support career growth. Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to sit on the floor and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
