Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles. The organization offers mentoring and complimentary training to become an RBT, with growth opportunities toward BCBA and other pathways.

The role involves 1:1 work with children with autism, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling, travel where required, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
