Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism. Roles offer flexible scheduling with potential growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

We provide complimentary training to become an RBT, mentoring, and a clear career growth path. Local travel and licensure-related requirements apply as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education
