Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus complimentary training to become an RBT.

Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, and participate in a supportive, growth-focused environment with flexible scheduling. Local travel may be required and career advancement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
