Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles offer flexible scheduling, advancement to full-time as caseloads grow, and access to complimentary RBT training.

A BCBA-supervised setting emphasizes hands-on skill development in diverse home, school, and community settings. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be willing to travel locally if required.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy and working with children with autism.
• Strong communication skills with families and clinical teams.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required) and engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
