Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles to support children with autism.

Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, working 1:1 under supervision of a BCBA. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and follow ABA plans.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
