Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for flexible, part-time roles with growth opportunities into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

You can enroll in complimentary RBT training and pursue BCBA goals. The team emphasizes a supportive, growth-focused environment with mentoring and advancement pathways within our ABA services for children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings and ongoing training.
