Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for flexible part-time roles with opportunities to move into full-time as caseloads expand.

As a PBS provider, we offer complimentary RBT training and pathways toward BCBA dreams, plus a supportive, growth-oriented work culture focused on helping children with autism thrive in homes, schools, and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BS in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress with PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
