Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Waxhaw, NC is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth opportunities.

Work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA supervision, with complimentary RBT training and advancement to becoming an RBT certified professional. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly $500 bonus for regular hours, holiday pay, travel reimbursement, and a career growth pathway to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Active engagement with clients, floor activities, and transitioning between activities.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
