Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Asheville, NC is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision and have access to complimentary RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Must meet local/state licensure/credentialing/certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
