Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. This part-time role offers training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a clear path to career growth as caseloads expand.

Role includes coaching and supervision under BCBA guidance, flexible scheduling, and potential transition to full-time as you gain experience. Comprehensive benefits and mileage reimbursement may apply where indicated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, move from seated to standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
