Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with complimentary RBT training and a structured growth path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision and ongoing training.
