Job summary

PBS is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism in home, school, and community settings. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

As a Behavior Assistant, you may enroll in complimentary RBT training and pursue the BCBA career path. Roles require reliability, transport, and a willingness to travel locally when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or related field is a plus.
• Ability to collect and record data to track client progress.
• Strong communication with families and clinical teams is valued.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
